§ 13. [Continuation of village ordinances.]

Latest version.

All ordinances of said Village of Birmingham, and all rules, regulations and resolutions of the commission of said village, in force at the time this Charter takes effect, and not inconsistent with the provisions of this Charter, shall remain in full force and effect after the adoption of this Charter, and are hereby declared to be re-enacted by virtue of and under the powers conferred by this Charter until altered, amended or repealed by the commission.
