§ 15. [Additional disability benefits.]

If the board finds that a retired member is totally and permanently incapacitated for duty on account of a personal injury or disease occurring as the natural and proximate result of causes arising out of and in the course of his employment with the city, the board shall determine that the retired member is entitled to a duty disability and shall be entitled to additional disability benefits as shall be set forth by ordinance.
