§ 24. Amendment, repeal or reenact-ment.

Latest version.

An ordinance adopted by the electorate through initiatory proceedings may not be amended or repealed by the commission for a period of one year after the date of the election at which it was adopted, and an ordinance repealed or rescinded by the electorate may not be re-enacted by the commission for a period of one year after the date of the election at which it was repealed.
