§ 74-291. Policy or pool tickets and confiscation of articles of gaming.

It shall be unlawful, within the city, for any person to be in possession of any policy or pool tickets, slips or checks, memoranda, or any combination thereof, bet slips, numbers slip or slips, or of any article associated and/or connected with commercial gambling. Any and all such articles may be confiscated and destroyed by the police department, or used in evidence in any prosecution for violation of this Code.
