§ 74-167. Prohibit possession or consumption of open alcoholic beverages in public place.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to possess or consume any alcoholic beverage in a container which is opened, uncapped, or upon which the seal is broken in any public park or public place. "Public place" for this section shall mean a place to which the public or a substantial group of persons has access, and includes but is not limited to highways, streets, transportation facilities, schools, public places of amusement, parks and playgrounds.
