§ 46-2. Extension of terms office—City commission.

The term of office of each commissioner who was elected for a three-year term at the regular city election in April 1988 shall be extended until 8:00 p.m. on the first Monday following the regular city election in November 1991. The term of office of each commissioner who was elected for a three-year term at the regular city election in April 1989 or April 1990 shall be extended until 8:00 p.m. on the first Monday following the regular city election in November 1993.
