§ 42-30. Office of emergency services.

The city office of emergency services will be the coordinating agency responsible for city-wide emergency preparedness, and it will provide the means through which the city commission may exercise the authority and discharge the responsibilities vested in it by this article and Act No. 390 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1976 (MCL 30.401 et seq., MSA 4.824(11) et seq.), as amended.
