§ 2-313. Exception.

This article does not authorize the withholding of information otherwise required by law to be made available to the public or to a party in a contested case under Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1969 (MCL 24.201 et seq., MSA 3.560(101) et seq.), as amended.
