§ 26-178. Issuance.

Upon receipt of the certificate of registration fee and an application complying with the requirements of this division, and after processing the application in accordance with the requirements of this Code and Act No. 95 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1981 (MCL 445.481 et seq., MSA 19.720(1) et seq.), as amended, the police chief shall issue the dealer a certificate of registration.
