§ 110-146. Establishment.

A parking violations bureau is hereby established for the purpose of handling alleged parking violations within the city pursuant to the authority of section 8395 of the revised Judicature Act, Act No. 154 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1968 (MCL 600.8395, MSA 27A.8395), as amended. The parking violations bureau shall be under the supervision and control of the city manager.
